The 2027 Cascadia Photography calendar is here!
I'm super excited to announce the 2027 Cascadia Photography calendar, featuring my favorite shots from the 2026 adventure season. Creating a calendar is an annual tradition that predates this site – by now, my friends and family all know what's inside the familiar floppy notebook-shaped package under the tree. But I'm excited to share this tradition with the wider world, aka you!
Each calendar is printed on high quality pearlescent cardstock and includes the location the image was taken, to give you some ideas for your next adventures or just some fun places to zoom around on Google Maps.
As always, this is just my recommendation for a calendar. If you see another photo you like, or want to customize your own, please email me at chris@cascadia.photography and I'm happy to work with you to make the calendar of your dreams!
This year's calendar really came together at the end – the first half of the summer was devoted to wedding planning and actually getting married! 🤵♂️👰♀️ The second half of the summer mostly involved me (and sometimes my darling bride or other friends) picking a perfectly sunny day, driving to the trailhead, and then hiking into a cloud.
Only toward the end of the season, in September and early October, did the conditions finally align for some absolute banger shots. But I didn't want to make a calendar that was 12 months of fall. In the end, I think it's a good mix of the entire season!
